Status: Full-time
Responsibilities
Assist with facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities.
Assist with implementation of physical therapy care plans.
Assist with coordination of care with entire care team.
Communicating effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support and other care team members
Minimum Qualifications
Current State of Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
Skilled Nursing, Healthcare (Long Term Care) or Veterans Home experience highly preferred.
Experience with EMR.
Truly cares for people and will go above and beyond to provide outstanding patient care.
