Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk

to support our Finance Team and the broader firm. You’ll manage daily cash handling, process vendor invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with AR tasks—ensuring accurate and timely financial workflows within our dynamic, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Record and process deposits, cash receipts, vendor invoices, and expenses accurately.

Assist with accounts payable: vendor data entry, invoice processing, statement reconciliation, and timely payment coordination.

Support accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment posting, and follow-ups.

Prepare reconciliations and schedules for month-end closing.

Support cash forecasting and ensure vendor payments align with state and local tax requirements.

Collaborate with project managers on budget and coding updates.

Maintain digital and physical documentation through scanning, filing, and organization.

Uphold EDR’s policies, mission, and service-first culture.

Contribute as a reliable, punctual, and communicative team member.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent experience with minimum 2 years of AP/AR processing considered.

Proficiency in data entry, accounting software, and especially Excel. Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantage point a plus.

Strong grasp of debits and credits, with a solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task under deadlines.

Initiative-driven with problem-solving abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, aligned with EDR’s collaborative values.

The anticipated

base pay range of $55,000-$65,000

per year is commensurate with experience. EDR reserves the right to pay outside of the target range based on an individual’s education, credentials, skill level and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity, geographic location, and business needs.
