Position Summary
Interpret technical drawings to set up and operate CNC machines
Diagnose and resolve CNC machine or program issues efficiently
Produce precise, intricate parts for various industries
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
Understand manufacturing processes and cross-department interaction
Follow detailed drawings and specifications while maintaining quality and production timelines
Perform accuracy checks throughout production
Operate various CNC machines with precision and efficiency
Facility Equipment and Environment
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in a clean manufacturing environment
Follow all safety requirements, including mandatory use of safety shoes and safety glasses
Ability to: lift 50–70 lbs frequently and stand and walk for extended periods
Multiple machinery centers
Education & Experience
1–2 years of CNC or machine operation experience (preferred)
Experience with wood and plastics is a plus
Experience with ERP systems is a plus
