$40,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience
Overview
Woodstock Building Associates is a custom home design-build firm seeking a Residential Carpenter to support construction projects for high-quality custom homes. This role involves working with a team to complete building, installation, and finishing work across a variety of residential projects.
Responsibilities
Assist with residential construction projects under the direction of a Lead Carpenter or Supervisor
Perform tasks including demolition, light framing, finish carpentry, painting, and general construction support
Follow project plans, specifications, and local building codes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
Travel to assigned job sites as needed
Qualifications
2 to 4+ years of residential carpentry or construction experience preferred
Knowledge of job site safety practices
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to meet company safety requirements
Work Environment
Team-based residential construction setting
Mix of indoor and outdoor work depending on project phase
