Here is the Role
The Defense Travel Support Analyst works directly with the Travel Contract Support Team and clients to provide support with travel activities and to funds centers using Defense Travel System (DTS) and General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) systems. This role creates travel reports, coordinates travel approvals, arrangements and supports the client's travel team.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Your Responsibilities
Provide customer support for pre‑travel arrangements and travel order approvals with DTS.
Assist customer in resolving discrepancies in DTS.
Assist in clearing unliquidated obligations (ULOs) and unmatched transactions (UMTs) in GFEBS originating from the travel process.
Coordinating unload of compliance documentation to client repository.
Assist with policy updates as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Skillset Requirements
Strong writing and communication skills.
Articulating project updates to direct supervisor.
Time management and strong organizational skills.
Receive and grow from constructive feedback.
Plan and lead tasks and processes.
Strong proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Suite tools.
Extra Credit
1‑3 years of General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS)
1 year of DTS experience.
