Import Executive
to manage end-to-end import operations. The role involves coordinating with international suppliers, handling documentation, ensuring timely clearance of shipments, and supporting the import team in smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and CHA for shipment updates.
Track shipments and ensure timely clearance from customs.
Prepare and maintain import records, duty calculations, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with import regulations and company policies.
Follow up on purchase orders, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
Resolve any issues related to delays, documentation, or customs queries.
