What Private Duty with BAYADA's Skilled Nursing Looks Like:
Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's)
Private duty = one client for the whole shift
Nurses work with local clients nearby with short commutes
Common diagnoses BAYADA Skilled Nurses work on: TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
LPN Pay Range $28-32 (including overnight differentials)

One‑to‑one client care

Qualifications for A Private Duty LPN:
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
A current nursing license in good standing in the state
As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.
