Assistant Andare Restaurant Manager – Hyatt Regency Seattle
The Assistant Andare Restaurant Manager is an entry‑level management position responsible for assisting with the day‑to‑day management of the Hyatt Regency Seattle’s Andare restaurant.
Supporting and managing Andare food & beverage while working closely with the F&B leaders and other hotel departments.
Responsible for the short and long term planning of Andare.
Ensuring effective hiring, training, development and promotion of the team.
Leading and coaching the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and colleague satisfaction results.
Maintaining a full understanding of colleague engagement.
Maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance.
Planning, coordinating and managing special events and holiday functions.
Taking the initiative to run the outlet as a free‑standing entity.
Salary Range:

$80,169.00 – $86,600.00. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.

Vacation Time

10 days (80 hours) earned upon completing 1-4 years of service.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Leader preferred.
