Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality

physical therapy treatments

under PT supervision

Oversee

rehab department operations

as Director of Rehab

Ensure

compliance, documentation, and quality outcomes

Lead, mentor, and support therapy staff

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care

Qualifications

Graduate of an

accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program

Licensed or eligible

for PTA licensure in Louisiana

Leadership experience or interest in a

Director of Rehab (DOR)

role preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills
