licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
for a full-time position in an
Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care, and outpatient clinic setting
in Lake Charles, LA.
This role is ideal for a
skilled nursing, geriatric, and outpatient-focused COTA
who is passionate about
rehabilitation, patient-centered care, and functional outcomes .
Key Responsibilities
Provide
occupational therapy treatments
to residents in
AL, memory care, and outpatient settings
Implement treatment plans established by the
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Focus on
ADLs, functional mobility, cognitive therapy, and safety training
Collaborate with an
interdisciplinary rehab team
Maintain accurate
EMR documentation and compliance standards

Qualifications
Graduate of an
accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
