Marlton, NJ personal injury law firm is seeking a full-time trial attorney with 10+ years’ experience in civil litigation.
Candidates should be experienced in drafting pleadings, depositions, motion practice, arbitration and trial work. Attorney will be responsible for a full case load and representing clients in all phases of litigation from pre-litigation to trial in matters involving motor vehicle, premises, construction and medical malpractice claims.
New Jersey and Pennsylvania bar admissions required. Salary is commensurate with experience.
