The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines
Load, run, and monitor CNC programs using Fanuc controls
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Use basic inspection tools to verify parts during production
Perform in-process checks to maintain quality standards
Assist with setups including tooling, offsets, and workholding (if experienced)
Troubleshoot minor machining issues and make adjustments as needed
Work closely with quality and production teams to meet specifications

OKK Vertical Machining Centers (VM5, VM7, MCV860), Makino A82 Horizontal Machining Center, OKK Horizontal Machining Centers
Controls:
Fanuc
CAM Software:
Mastercam (support environment)
Inspection Tools:
Calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM support
Materials You’ll Work With
Aluminum
Steel (mild and alloy)
Titanium
Machinable plastics
What We’re Looking For
Required:
1+ years of CNC machining experience (milling preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
Experience using basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Familiarity with Fanuc controls
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Preferred (Not Required):
CNC setup experience4-axis or 5-axis machining experience
Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments
