Hours: 40 per week (8‑hour day shifts)

Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient services.

Provide evidence‑based occupational therapy interventions.

Educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home modifications.

Deliver didactic instruction and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Clinical graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.

Active Alaska OT license (OT‑AK).

Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred.

Strong didactic and evidence‑based care capabilities.
