7:00 AM - 7:30 PM | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Position Summary
The RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, overseeing daily clinical operations, and supporting a team of LPNs and CNAs. This role is essential in promoting resident well-being, ensuring compliance, and creating a compassionate care environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct resident assessments and respond to changes in condition
Develop and manage individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely
Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff
Communicate with physicians, families, and care teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Respond to emergencies and follow proper protocols
Participate in audits, surveys, and quality initiatives
Educate residents and families on care and treatments
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
Active RN license in good standing
ADN or BSN required
Current CPR/BLS certification
At least 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)
Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems
Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
