Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes
Accurately document care, medications, and observations
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain compliance with state regulations and facility policies
Promote a safe, clean, and supportive care environment
Required Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care preferred
Ability to work overnight shifts
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
