The Opportunity
This is

not a sit-back-and-wait role . We’re looking for a

hustler —someone who can:

Close deals in-home and on-site

Build their own pipeline

Educate customers and create urgency

Turn consultations into signed contracts

If you can sell value (not just price), this is a

high-income opportunity .

What You’ll Do

Conduct

in-home and on-site consultations

for residential and commercial clients

Assess power needs and recommend the right generator solution

Deliver compelling presentations that

close deals on the spot

Follow up on inbound leads and

self-generate new opportunities

(referrals, networking, door knocking, local partnerships)

Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners

Manage your pipeline and track deals from lead → install

Who We’re Looking For

Proven

sales closer

(home services, solar, HVAC, roofing, or similar preferred)

Comfortable working in a

commission-driven environment

Strong communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated—doesn’t wait for leads,

creates opportunities

Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, compelling way

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

Base salary (safety net)

uncapped commission

High ticket sales (typical deal size: $15K–$30K+)
