We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join our team in Corona, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of CNC lathe experience, be a self-starter, and thrive in a fast-paced job shop environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years CNC Lathe operating experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints (based on experience level)
Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
Ability to follow work instructions, shop travelers, and complete required documentation
Strong attention to detail and quality
Comfortable working in a high-paced job shop environment
Team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn, grow, and advance within the company
Job Responsibilities
Machine parts of various materials and sizes according to blueprint specifications
Perform in-process inspections using measuring equipment provided by tooling or production leads
Maintain quality standards throughout the machining process
Perform daily machine maintenance for assigned equipment
Check tools in and out of the tool crib as required for each job
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
