Apartment Maintenance Tech - Verona at Middle River
Verona at Middle River in Baltimore MD, is in need of a qualified worker to join our service team. This person will be expected to respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance as directed, and prepare units for move-in. Ideal candidates will work well both with a team and individually. Excellent customer service skills required; some prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred.
Service Technician – Verona at Middle River
Location: Baltimore County
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $24/hour (based on experience)
As a Service Technician at WPM, your primary responsibilities will include responding to maintenance work orders, conducting preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents.

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Perform HVAC troubleshooting and routine maintenance
Repair and maintain appliances, electrical systems, and plumbing
Hang, prep, and sand drywall
Paint apartment units and common areas
Maintain grounds, ensuring safety and cleanliness
Assist with snow removal as needed
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications:
Demonstrated skills in plumbing, electrical, or carpentry required
High school diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of experience in residential property maintenance
Must be available for on-call emergencies (nights, weekends, holidays)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Comfortable working on ladders and lifting up to 85 lbs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
