Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
Assist with unit turns, including prepping apartments for new residents
Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance shop organization
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of apartment/multifamily maintenance experience required
High‑rise experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
EPA Certification (not required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
