As a Data Center Technician, you serve as one of many primary resolvers for our support team, skilled at troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues.
Years of Experience:
1+ years hardware knowledge (familiarity with components inside a server/computer), communication skills
1+ years of computer networking experience
Ability to perform hardware replacements and repairs
Basic Linux/Unix command line knowledge
