
Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal to support a dynamic legal team handling a broad range of labor and employment matters. This individual will play a key role in supporting attorneys with litigation, compliance, and day-to-day case management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys in employment litigation matters, including drafting, filing, and managing legal documents
Assist with all phases of discovery (document collection, review, production, and organization)
Prepare and maintain case files, pleadings, and correspondence
Coordinate court filings (state and federal) and track deadlines
Assist with deposition preparation, trial preparation, and witness coordination
Conduct legal research related to labor and employment laws and regulations
Support internal investigations and compliance‑related projects
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third‑party vendors as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of paralegal experience, with a focus on labor & employment law
Strong knowledge of employment litigation processes and procedures
Experience with discovery, e‑discovery platforms, and case management systems
Familiarity with federal and state court filing systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting both litigation and advisory/employment counseling matters
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
Experience in a law firm environment
