$45,000–$65,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities
What You’ll Own
Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery (independently)
Manage active caseloads (contested + uncontested matters)
Prepare financial disclosures and declarations
Organize and maintain case files with precision
Coordinate court dates, deadlines, and attorney calendars
Communicate confidently with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Support trial prep and hearing logistics
Track billable time accurately and consistently
Mentor and support junior team members
Qualifications
What You Bring
4+ years of Family Law Paralegal experience (required)
Ability to draft and file independently
Exceptional organization + time management
Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
Proficiency with legal software, Microsoft Office, and case management tools
Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal oversight
Strong experience in:
Divorce (contested + uncontested)
Custody/visitation
Child support
Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 yearly
