In-house Transactional Paralegal

Our client, a private investment fund based in New York City, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join its in-house legal team. This role offers the opportunity to support corporate and transactional legal matters in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The position is fully in-office, 5 days per week, and is bonus eligible.
The estimated salary range for this position is
$80,000 – $100,000 (annually)
and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
Qualifications
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a transactional or corporate paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department
A college degree, ABA-approved paralegal certification, or equivalent transactional/corporate paralegal experience
Experience assisting with transactions and closings, preparing board resolutions, and maintaining deal process checklists
Ability to conduct regulatory research and prepare summary findings
Experience reviewing and negotiating NDAs under attorney supervision
Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
Must be able to work in the office 5 days per week
