What You Will Achieve
Support the implementation of new technologies for process execution and analysis.
Conduct daily documentation reviews, perform data entry tasks, track inventory, schedule maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, follow SOPs, complete accountability reports, pull samples for testing, perform routine tests, and maintain cleanliness and sanitization of manufacturing environments.
Develop skills in team effectiveness and communication, contributing to team goals.
Manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results.
Execute routine tasks by following prescribed steps within agreed timeframes.
Identify and address issues in routine processes.
Gain in-depth knowledge of work processes and business within your area.
Solve routine problems using skills and knowledge, seeking help when needed.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
High School Diploma or GED
Basic mechanical knowledge and experience in using hand tools
Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Manufacturing experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) or other regulated environment
Experience with process improvement methodologies
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Adaptability and openness to change
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires moving heavy equipment and the ability to lift ~50 pounds. The incumbent must take necessary safety precautions when working with pressurized systems, steam, and corrosive chemicals.
Requires detailed knowledge of operational equipment.
Must solve problems related to site assessment and specific units used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
Must express ideas into SOPs, MFRs and use programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
1st shift 6 am – 6 pm, rotating
2nd shift 2 pm – 2 am, rotating
Mon‑Fri: 1st and 2nd shift

The salary for this position ranges from $21.78 to $36.31 per hour. This position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and company policies.
