Overview
Cook- Asian Lillie's Cuisine
As a cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to directives from culinary management. Your role involves ensuring food quality, presentation, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities
Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
Prepare, season and garnish all food in assigned area in accordance with established procedures.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Training in food preparation preferred.
Previous experience in a similar environment.
Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
