Provide counsel on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and related strategies. Handle probate and conservatorship matters with confidence and accuracy. Work closely with senior attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment. Maintain high professional and ethical standards in all client interactions. Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to firm initiatives.
Skills Required
2+ years hands‑on Estate Planning experience. Strong working knowledge of probate and conservatorships. Active California Bar membership in good standing. Ability to work in person and commute to the Santa Barbara office daily.
