Overview
Hybrid litigation role with autonomy and flexibility
Open to attorneys with civil or criminal litigation experience
Opportunity to manage cases independently from start to finish
Key Responsibilities
Handle cases from inception through resolution or trial
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; manage motion practice
Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances as needed
Qualifications
Active California Bar license (required)
2+ years of civil or criminal litigation experience
Strong courtroom presence and legal writing skills
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between
$180,000 – $200,000 . The firm may be open to the higher end of the range for the right candidate. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
