Responsibilities
Greeting visitors, guests and clients in a professional manner
Answering phones, transferring calls, and taking messages for the business line and/or admissions line
Answering questions about the business or offering brochures with business information
Performing general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing and mailing
Placing orders for office supplies and maintaining office supply inventory and office equipment
Gathering information and completing the application form from potential patients and families that call the center inquiring about the program
Scheduling appointments, maintaining and updating calendars
Qualifications
One year of clerical office experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate with all levels of management
Understanding of privacy and confidentiality
