Schedule

What You’ll Do (Your Mission)
As the
Account Manager
for the Kershaw County School District, you will be the primary
Facilities Leader
for a cluster of schools totaling nearly 500,000 cleanable square feet. You will lead, coach, and inspire a team of approximately 40 employees. Your day‑to‑day will involve managing labor budgets in Google Sheets, conducting site audits, and maintaining "honey‑over‑vinegar" relationships with school administrators. As the
Operations Supervisor , you will ensure that our service delivery is consistent, cost‑effective, and safe, especially during our high‑intensity summer cleanup programs.
What You Bring To The Team
Leadership Excellence : 2–5 years of experience in coaching, motivating, and leading diverse teams.
Operational Brain : Ability to forecast productivity, manage payroll (Dayforce), and handle procurement (Coupa).
Dedication : A commitment to client satisfaction and a "whatever it takes" attitude for your team and buildings.
Technical Skills : Comfortable navigating Google Suites and learning new software quickly.
