Responsibilities
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans and place in proper storage area
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks
Clean garbage cans with water and bleach
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
Supports other staff members when needed
Stows away and polishes dishes, cutlery and cookware
Maintains chemical levels and temperatures to comply with safety measures
Transfers equipment and supplies from storage to work area
