Preschool Teacher Assistant (Full-Time)
High Point Christian School (HPCS) is seeking a Preschool Teacher Assistant to support our Full Day 3K/4K Preschool Class five days a week for the 2026-2027 school year.
The ideal candidate will prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians to the praise and glory of God.

Minimum Qualifications
Shows evidence of Christian maturity
Has a strong grasp of the essence of Christian education
Meets any State and ACSI requirements and qualifications for assistant teachers (classes available)
Desire to work with early education students in all capacities
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred/Deseired Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with credits in education from an accredited college and/or university
Three to five years of experience with students
Basic first aid and CPR/AED training
Terms of Employment
$17.00 per hour
