Our client, a leader in recycling and waste management services, is seeking a
Sort Line Attendant - Part-Time
to join their team. As a Sort Line Attendant, you will be part of the Material Recycling Facility supporting the recycling operations team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety-consciousness, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Sort Line Attendant - Part-Time
Pay Range:
$20/hour
Shift:
Wednesday’s Only Day Shift – 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m
What's the Job?
Sort recyclable and non-processable materials from the single sort recycling line.
Identify and remove contaminants to improve bale quality and protect equipment.
Separate materials into designated chutes or bins according to type.
Assist with basic cleaning of equipment and work areas.
Follow all safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma/GED
Ability to identify common recyclable materials in the single sort stream.
Ability to work safely and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills with co-workers and supervisors.
Physical ability to perform demanding tasks in varying temperatures and conditions.
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and exert force as required.
