Job Overview
We are seeking a Records Management Specialist to provide on-demand Cybersecurity and IT services to support the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) mission at the NIGC Headquarters in Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities
You will:

Perform records management in compliance withfederal privacy and legal requirements.

Support FOIA and Privacy Act analysis andreporting.

Manage FOIA/PA requests and ensure timelyresponses.

Maintain and support Salesforce CRM system.

Assist in developing information managementpolicies and governance.

Manage SharePoint content and permissions.

Develop PowerShell scripts for reporting andrecords tasks.

Compile, transcribe, and index data for reports.

Ensure accuracy and quality of all work products.

Qualifications
You might be the professional we’re looking for if you have:

Authorization to permanently work in the UnitedStates without sponsorship.

A Bachelor’s degree and/or relevantcertifications (CRM, CRA, CIPP, CGRP, FOIA Professional Certification, MSSharePoint Administrator, etc.).

Minimum 3 years of continuous experience inrecords management or information management.

Experience with federal records management,FOIA, and Privacy Act processes.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Microsoft365, and SharePoint content management.

Ability to manage FOIA/PA requests andcorrespondence workflows, develop reports, maintain records, and ensure dataaccuracy.

Experience creating PowerShell scripts forreporting and records tasks.

Familiarity with information governance policiesand procedures.

Strong attention to detail and quality controlof work products.

Must meet Public Trust clearance and federalcompliance requirements.
