
Shop Tech I, Repair

As a Shop Technician 1, Repair you will evaluate and repair electrical assemblies and PCB’s in support of repair and refurbishment. You may perform electrical wiring, soldering and testing of assemblies, following standard procedures and under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Ability to comprehend semi-complex mechanical and/or electrical drawings, codes, schematics, manuals, blueprints and procedures, and record data in the required form.
Ability/knowledge of electrical equipment, electrical soldering skills, hand and power tool usage.
Apply knowledge of advanced electro-mechanical theory and components.
Install components, units, subassemblies and wiring.
Ability to operate electrical/electronic test equipment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/equivalent
1+ years relevant experience with demonstrated electrical and PCB skills. Specific knowledge of electrical, assembly, and wiring.
Preferred: Nuclear Industry experience.
Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $49,534.00 to $63,440.00 per year.
