Minimum Qualifications

Three (3) years of experience in the construction field performing work in a commercial/residential setting.

One (1) year building maintenance experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Completion of educational curriculum from a trade or vocational school.

License or certification of at least one of the following construction disciplines: Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC.

Framing with metal studs

Measuring, cutting, hanging drywall

Finishing drywall by taping, sanding, and applying a finish

Framing and hanging doors

Installing electrical conduit and pulling wiring

Installing a variety of electrical devices and safely terminating connections

Installing and hanging HVAC ductwork and devices

Roughing in and installing new plumbing fixtures, valves, supply, drain and vent lines

Installing different types of flooring materials

Physical Requirements
