About the Family
A warm and active family in Boca Raton is seeking a dedicated and experienced live-in nanny to care for their three young boys. The two older children attend school Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is nurturing, energetic, and attentive, with a genuine passion for working with young children. They are capable of balancing structure with creativity and are comfortable becoming an integral part of a busy family’s daily life.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare children for school each morning (dressing, breakfast, packing essentials)
Ensure the safety, well‑being, and overall care of all three children.
Support developmental milestones through age‑appropriate activities
Engage children in reading, singing, and creative play
Establish strong, nurturing relationships with the children
Maintain consistent routines and schedules
Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
Clean up after the children (meals, play areas, bedrooms, etc.)
Assist with light general household cleaning, particularly during travel periods
Assist with light pet care when needed
Travel Requirements
Summer travel to the Hamptons for approximately 8 weeks
Additional occasional travel as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
Fluent English speaker (required)
Prior experience caring for multiple young children, including infants
Ability to maintain a structured yet warm, enriching, and engaging environment
Candidate needs to sign an NDA
