Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized

Project Coordinator/Dispatcher

to join our support team. This role is key to ensuring a seamless experience for our clients by coordinating communication between our Design Supervisors, Installation Crews, and clients. You\'ll help keep projects on track and support our field staff so they can deliver outstanding results. If you\'re a multitasker with strong communication and organizational skills, we want to hear from you.
Salary: $20 - $25 per hour
Responsibilities

Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines
Act as a liaison between field staff, clients, and internal teams
Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients
Maintain schedules, track progress, and ensure timely communication
Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day project oversight
Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Requirements & Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with computer programs including Service Titan, Excel, Google Sheets, and Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage physical tasks as needed
Previous project coordination or management experience is a plus
