The Job Details: We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with good work habits, abilities to minimize downtime of all equipment, and operate the facility at its maximum efficiency. In addition, we need someone who works well with others and is self‑motivated.
Responsibilities
General housekeeping of all maintenance areas including refrigeration system
Complete required paperwork
Complete and log tasks as requested
Battery changing and maintenance
Equipment inspections, as requested
General maintenance including painting, cleaning, and preventative maintenance inside and outside of the facility

Education
High school degree preferred
Experience
Previous warehouse maintenance preferred but not required
Knowledge of general hand and power tools
Previous residential maintenance experience (background in preventative maintenance)
Physical & Mental Requirements
Bend and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Lift up to 70 lbs with assistance occasionally
Stand and walk for extended periods
Use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls
Speak and hear for safety and productivity
Use scanners, tablets, radios, phones, and other warehouse machinery
Lift overhead
Work overtime as needed due to demand
Drive a registered motor vehicle to satisfy daily requirements
Have acceptable vision (correctable if needed)
Work in an atmosphere ranging between +50°F and –30°F with moderate noise level
Personal interaction and communication required to and from other people is extremely high
Have good arithmetic and reading skills
Understand and follow verbal instruction, written instruction, and company policies
Be a self‑starter that can work independently and coordinate with others
Work in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to manage stress and productivity guidelines
Standard Details
Always maintain a professional manner in appearance and communications
Participate in staff and/or customer meetings if required
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non‑conformities relating to product, process, and quality systems
Identify and record any issues relating to product, processes and/or quality
Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels
Verify the implementation of solutions
Follow posted security procedures at all times while in the building
Participate in Safety and Educational Training
