Provide comprehensive administrative support related to health, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across multiple store locations
Assist with the preparation, coordination, and submission of required documentation for health permits, inspections, and other regulatory processes
Support and facilitate various administrative and clerical tasks associated with health and food safety compliance
Coordinate with internal departments, store teams, and external agencies, including local health authorities and health departments, to ensure timely completion of required procedures.
Maintain, organize, and track records, reports, and documentation related to health permits, inspections, and compliance matters
Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure timely processing, renewal, and submission of required materials
Assist in reviewing inspection reports and summarizing corrective action items as needed
Support general administrative functions, including document management, scheduling, and communication
Qualifications / Skills:
Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Health Science, Food Safety, or a related field
Fluent in both written and verbal communication to effectively coordinate with Korean-speaking stakeholders and local health authorities
Previous experience in administrative support, compliance, or the food/hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and track regulatory documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate professionally with internal teams and external agencies
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
