Position Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator for a frozen meat distribution center. This role requires someone who is fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and comfortable working in a cold/freezer environment.

Monday to Friday, including weekends as needed
Pay Rate:
$19+ per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklift (sit-down, stand-up, and/or pallet jack) safely and efficiently
Load and unload trucks accurately
Receive shipments and verify quantities and product condition
Prepare, stage, and organize orders for shipping
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
Follow all safety, GMP, and food handling procedures
Work in cold/freezer conditions (32°F / 0°C or below)
Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED (must be able to communicate clearly in both)
Previous shipping & receiving experience REQUIRED
Forklift experience REQUIRED (certification preferred)
Experience in warehouse or food distribution is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
Basic computer or RF scanner experience is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
