Description
SUMMARY: Keeps building in clean and orderly condition, and operates mechanical equipment, as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Works the schedule, as assigned, and is on time arriving and leaving work.
Empties trash containers and appropriately disposes of trash.
Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, and other related maintenance activities.
Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
Cleans snow, ice, and debris from sidewalks and other areas.
Mows lawn, trims shrubbery, and cultivates flowers.
Must be able to communicate effectively with the public, team members, and management.
Provides exceptional customer service to visitors to the facilities as well as workers in the facilities.
Performs other tasks/duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, and six months general maintenance experience; or one to three months related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience; knowledge of paints, maintenance and plumbing desirable. A valid Oklahoma Driver's License, Class D, is required.
