We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team. Details
Salary: $23 - $28 per hour
Shift: First
Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School
Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices, verify expense reports, and ensure accurate coding to the general ledger. Manage the weekly check run and electronic payment cycles.
Monitor aging reports, prepare billings, and follow up on outstanding balances with a professional, customer-service-oriented approach.
Reconcile daily bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure all records match the general ledger.
Assist with journal entries and maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
Support the Senior Accountant in preparing schedules and documentation for month-end and year-end financial reporting.
Assist in gathering documentation for internal and external audits.
