Seattle-based client
to hire a
Full-Time Accounting Specialist
for a
temp-to-hire opportunity . This role supports accounting and administrative functions across two affiliated companies and is ideal for candidates with experience in
Accounts Payable (AP), bookkeeping, and accounting systems .

with the potential to transition into a
full-time, permanent position .
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle
Accounts Payable (AP)
(invoice entry, coding, vendor payments)
Enter and maintain
sales estimates
within the ERP system (NetSuite)
Own and manage
corporate credit card reconciliations , including tracking receipts
Assist with
monthly 1099 contractor payments
and crew settlement processes
Maintain accurate
financial records and accounting data entry
Provide
general office and administrative support
as needed
Support
HR administrative tasks , including onboarding paperwork and issuing contracts
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in
Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Accounts Payable
Experience with
ERP systems
(QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar)
Strong knowledge of
AP processes, reconciliations, and expense tracking
Experience with
1099 processing and contractor payments
preferred
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Background
Accounting Specialist / Bookkeeper / AP Specialist / Staff Accountant
Experience supporting
multiple entities or companies
Familiarity with
paperless/digital accounting systems
Exposure to
HR admin or office support functions
