Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – Evening and Overnight Shift
Location: Athens, TX
Pay: $31.50 – $36.75 per hour, plus shift differential pay of $1.25/hr
Training: Must be able to train on day shift for 4 weeks

Key Responsibilities
Follow safety guidelines
Follow standard work instructions as assigned
Perform electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, plumbing, and building trades operations
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production/manufacturing machines, processes, and systems related to the overall maintenance of the facility
Inspect, operate, or test machinery to diagnose malfunctions
Use diagrams, blueprints, equipment manuals, metals, cleaning agents, lubricants, log sheets, chemical manifests, and other materials used in the maintenance function
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery
Work individually or as part of a team
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of previous Manufacturing or Industrial Maintenance Mechanic experience
Experience working on industrial machinery
Completion of apprenticeship in field, or equivalent in work experience and/or job training combination
Proficient use of hand, power tools and heavy machinery
Able to read and interpret blueprints/drawings, equipment manuals, diagrams, metals, chemicals
Attention to detail
Advanced math skills
Analytical skills
Computer skills
Able to lift 50 lbs
Manual dexterity
