Forklift Operator

Are you a precision driver who values safety and efficiency?
We are looking for a dedicated Forklift Operator to become the backbone of our logistics operations. In this role, you won't just be moving pallets—you’ll be a vital part of a fast‑paced team that ensures our customers get exactly what they need, right when they need it.
Salary: $20.50 - $20.75 per hour
Shift: Second
Work Hours: 3:30 PM – 12 AM
Education: High School
Key Responsibilities
Operate heavy‑grade forklifts (stand‑up or sit‑down) to transport, stack, and stage freight across the warehouse.
Verify inventory, scan labels, and ensure that each item is tracked accurately from dock to rack.
Conduct rigorous daily equipment inspections; maintain a clean, hazard‑free workspace.
Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles while ensuring items are secured correctly.
Assist in cycle counts and maintain organized storage areas, ensuring products are placed in the correct locations.
Strictly adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols; report maintenance needs immediately.
Keep the workspace clean and free of debris to ensure a safe operating environment.
Work in a smoke‑free, non‑temperature‑controlled environment.
Wear steel‑toe safety shoes; perform manual lifting up to 50 lbs; stand for extended periods; perform repetitive motions.
Work up to 5 hours of overtime per week, as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid forklift certification, or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
Proven experience operating sit‑down and/or stand‑up forklifts in a fast‑paced environment.
Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic math skills for inventory counting.
Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and execute repetitive motions.
Reliability, strong work ethic, and commitment to attendance and punctuality.
Experience: Minimum two (2) years in a warehouse forklift operation.
