Up to $1,000 Starting Bonus
Hours: 1st Shift or 2nd Shift
Starting Wage $17.50/hour plus
Annual Bonus of $2,400
Leveling and merit increase annually
Monday - Friday work schedule

Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
1-3 months related experience required
Strong written and oral communication skills
Basic computer knowledge required. Must be able to utilize database software, inventory software, order-processing systems, and word-processing software.
Must be able to regularly lift/move 50-75 pounds, and occasionally lift/move 75-100 pounds.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Receiving and Inspection:
Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect product for quality and accuracy.
Document and report any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate personnel.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS transactions and regular stock checks.
Organize and label product for easy retrieval and tracking.
Order Picking and Packing:
Pick product from storage locations according to workflow on RF Gun.
Carefully package items for shipping to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
Shipping:
Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including shipping labels, packing lists, and final destination staging.
Coordinate with proper personnel on time sensitive (RUSH) orders.
Equipment Operation:
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Participate in safety training programs and report any safety hazards or incidents.
Organization and Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that product and supplies are stored properly.
Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and free of debris while maintaining area 5S checklist.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with fellow Warehouse Teammates and other departments.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory and operational issues.
Other related duties as assigned.
