This is a broad, deal-focused role across the lending lifecycle. The position is designed to capture candidates with exposure to real estate, finance, or lending who want to operate in a high-volume, execution-driven environment.
The infrastructure is already built. The role centers on judgment, responsiveness, and moving deals from intake to close.
Core Responsibilities
Manage inbound borrower and broker relationships
Support deal intake, screening, and pipeline management
Assist with underwriting coordination and documentation review
Drive consistent follow-up with borrowers, brokers, and internal teams
Track deals from initial contact through closing
Coordinate with capital partners, legal, and closing teams
What Matters
Prior exposure to real estate, lending, finance, or deal-related environments
Strong follow-up and communication discipline
Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
Sales awareness with a focus on closing and execution
Organized and comfortable operating within structured systems
