Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service in Italian across phone, email, and chat channels
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide accurate product information
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate assistance
Requirements
Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous
Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to a new cultural and professional environment in Greece
Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
