Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative tasks. This role helps ensure the smooth execution of purchasing, invoicing, safety supplies coordination, and shipping logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for Live Goods procurement, including purchase order creation and coordination with internal teams.
Assist with services invoicing, coding, and payment tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate safety supplies, including ordering materials and maintaining inventory levels.
Support shipping logistics, including running and monitoring daily packing reports.
Organize and analyze reports to support operational decision‑making.
Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and follow‑through.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office tools.
Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
Previous experience in administrative, operations, or logistics support is a plus.
Physical Demands
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Work Environment
Indoor office environment: primarily office‑based with standard equipment; occasional outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions.
Outdoor work environment: ability to work outdoors in fluctuating weather conditions, including exposure to sunlight, rain, wind, and temperature changes; involves manual labor or physical effort.
Mixed indoor and outdoor environment: primarily outdoors with occasional indoor administrative duties.
