Position Summary
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm or until work is completed. Overtime is required as needed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities
Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires, perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
Work at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
Stay on the move, be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods of time, and work overtime as needed.
Contribute to a culture of safety by ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
Assist other departments such as e‑commerce or inventory as business needs require.
Perform other job‑related tasks or follow any job‑related instructions given by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
The employee must be capable of visual, auditory, physical, and mental abilities to operate equipment safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. This includes frequently lifting products weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exerting a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires may involve team lifts or mechanical equipment. Protective equipment such as steel or composite toe boots, safety vests, safety harnesses, seatbelts, and self‑retracting lifelines is required. All equipment except boot footwear is supplied by U.S. AutoForce. The work environment may involve exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18 to operate equipment.
At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or related experience.
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds while working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
Abide by all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
Ability to pass forklift certification.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC / marijuana).
